TNC Tigers to leave organization, sign with Static Dream

TNC Tigers will become simply Tigers as the squad leaves its organization to comply with the new Pro Circuit rules.

More news from the Southeast Asian scene has come out today, in what has proven to be a wildly busy period for the region. After the TNC organization announced its new roster for its TNC Predator squad earlier today, its second team followed up with an announcement of its own. The team known as TNC Tigers will be leaving the TNC organization for the 2018-2019 Pro Circuit season, and will be signing with Static Dream. The TNC Tigers squad was originally announced in March of 2018, but the team’s roster was not fully formed until May, after which the team put together an impressive run across a handful of regional events. Included in that run was a 3rd place finish in the TI8 Southeast Asia Qualifier in which the team ended up just 1 match away from a place at TI8, losing a series 1-2 to TNC Predator.

Though the team’s announcement has stated that it will be keeping the Tigers name after its move to the Static Dream organization, it is not clear how many members of the roster will be making the transition. The team’s statement hinted at a full roster reveal in the near future, which would imply that at least 1 of the members of the current TNC Tigers lineup will not be remaining with the team heading into the next Pro Circuit season.

The former roster of TNC Tigers:

Trịnh “458” Văn Thọ (Carry)
Muhammad “inYourdreaM” Rizky (Mid)
Lee “kYxY” Kong Yang (Offlane)
Kenny “Xepher” Deo (Support)
Sivatheeban “1437” Sivanathapillai (Support, Captain)
