The former paiN X squad has a new face in the lineup and is one the hunt for a new sponsor/organization in the South American region
Just a few short days following the end of the team’s 9th-12th place run at The Kuala Lumpur Major, some changes have been announced for South American squad paiN X. The mixed North and South American roster has officially left the paiN Gaming organization, striking it out on their own for the time being while it pursues other potential organizations and sponsors. It won’t just be the organization that is changing for the newly named Ex-paiN X though, as the team has confirmed a change to its roster as well. Offlaner Adriano “4dr” Machado has been removed from the lineup, with former Wind and Rain player Kartik “Kitrak” Rathi being added to the lineup as a Support. With that addition, Rodrigo Lelis “Liposa” Santos will return to the Offlane role, and Francis “FLee” Lee will shift from the position 5 Support to position 4. While the newly formed Ex-paiN X will no longer be associated with its former organization, the direct invite slot for the upcoming Chongqing Major South America Qualifier will remain with the team and its new roster.
The roster of Ex-paiN X following its departure from the paiN Gaming organization:
Ravindu “Ritsu” Kodippili (Carry)
Quinn “CC&C” Callahan (Mid)
Rodrigo Lelis “Liposa” Santos (Offlane)
Francis “FLee” Lee (Support)
Kartik “Kitrak” Rathi (Support)
