The legendary veteran will be temporarily joining the Southeast Asians quad for its upcoming open qualifier run.
When Tigers announced the departure of 2 of its players just a few days ago, we knew that there would be some new names and faces being added to the Southeast Asian squad’s lineup. The announcement of Mushi being added to the roster filled 1 of the team’s 2 vacancies, and now we know who will be filling the second empty slot in the team’s lineup, as least for the time being. Tigers announced today that TI Champion and CIS veteran Danil “Dendi” Ishutin will be temporarily joining the team’s roster as a stand-in for its upcoming appearances in the DreamLegaue Season 11 Major Southeast Asia Open Qualifiers. As Dendi is still technically under contract with the Na’Vi organization, this move is not an official transfer for Dendi, and with his stand-in status confirmed by the Tigers organization, the team will almost certainly continue looking for a long-term solution to its roster vacancy once the regional qualifiers are over. For now though, we get to see Dendi on a Southeast Asian team for the first, and perhaps only, time in his career.
The roster of Tigers following the announcement of Dendi as a stand-in:
Chai “Mushi” Yee Fung (Carry)
Danil “Dendi” Ishutin (Mid, Stand-in)
David “MoonMeander” Tan (Offlane)
Kenny “Xepher” Deo (Support)
Sivatheeban “1437” Sivanathapillai (Support, Captain)
