Team Odd roster to return to Playmakers Esports organization following contract/payment disputes

The South American squad will return to its former, player owned organization just days before its appearance at the Minor

Drama has made its way back to the forefront of the Dota 2 scene today, as South American squad Team Odd has announced that it will no longer be associating itself with the organization. Just 1 month after the roster of Playmakers Esports signed with Team Odd, the players and manager of the team will be parting ways with the organization due to an apparent breach of contract on the part of Team Odd. The move comes just a few days before the squad is set to participate in the StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor in Kiev, though the good news is that the squad will continue to play together in the event under its previous name, Playmakers Esports. There are no changes being made to the team’s lineup at this time, only a shift from Team Odd back to the Playmakers Esports organization and name.

The roster of Playmakers Esports (formerly Team Odd):

Alonso “Kotarō Hayama” León (Carry)
Jeremy “Jeimari” Ruiz Aguinaga (Mid)
Jose Andree “Sword” Nicosia (Offlane)
Elvis “Scofield” De la Cruz Peña (Support)
Christian “Accel” Cruz (Support)
George “Reviewingllama” Griffin (Manager)
