WarriorsGaming.Unity add Ohaiyo, YamateH, poloson to registered roster

The team has officialy registered its altered lineup after earning a place in the Closed Qualifier for the upcoming Major

After a successful run through the open qualifiers, WarriorsGaming.Unity has earned itself a place at the MDL Disneyland Paris Major Southeast Asia Closed Qualifier. With the team now one step closer to making its season debut on the Pro Circuit stage, the organization has seen fit to officially make changes to its registered roster. Southeast Asian veterans Wilson “Poloson” Koh Chin Wei, Khoo “Ohaiyo” Chong Xin, and Ng “YamateH” Wei Poong opted to play with WarriorsGaming.Unity in its open qualifier run, wit the latter 2 coming over after the recent disbanding of their old squad, Lotac. Now, it appears that the three experienced players are set to become full members of the roster, as WarriorsGaming.Unity has officially added them to its registered roster. With the addition of those three players, the organization also officially dropped Carry/Mid Cheng “NothingToSay” Jin Xiang from its lineup. The move also appears to confirm the departure of Chua “KaNG” Soon Khong and Kim “Velo” Tae-sung, with the former being removed from the team’s roster while the latter has been serving as a long-term stand-in for Tigers.

To this point in the season, WarriorsGaming.Unity has not been a particularly formidable force within the Southeast Asian region, putting together a handful of solid performance but proving to be wildly inconsistent in general. With the addition of some veteran, experienced players the hope is that the team can turn things around and make a name for itself against some of its more prominent regional rivals. With the team’s successful run through the open qualifiers of the Major, things appear to be getting off to a strong start for its new roster. However, the true test of the new WarriorsGaming.Unity’s abilities will be how well it holds up against the top squads in its region once the Closed Qualifier begins a few days from now.

The new roster of WarriorsGaming.Unity:

Nikolay “Nikobaby” Nikolov (Carry)
Khoo “Ohaiyo” Chong Xin (Mid)
Wilson “Poloson” Koh Chin Wei (Offlane)
