The South American organization has rounded out a newe lineup with the addition of the regional veteran
Just a few days after adding Dominik “Black^” Reitmeier to the roster, Infamous has taken steps to fill its final roster vacancy, as the organization announced the addition of Benjamín “Benjaz” Lanao Barrios to the team. The regional veteran will be joining Infamous as its new offlaner while former offlaner Mariano “Papita” Caneda will be shifting into a Support role within the roster.
Benjaz comes to Infamous as a veteran of the South American region, having been a part of the region’s professional scene since 2014. He has played for a litany of teams within the region, including a previous stint with the Infamous organization back in 2016 and 2017. Benjaz is 1 of just 9 South American players to have ever attended TI, having been a part of the Infamous roster that became the first South American team to participate in an iteration of the event at TI7. With his extensive experience being added to the roster, Infamous is hoping that its newly formed roster can quickly generate some momentum for itself as it enters the final stretch of the Pro Circuit season.
