The North American squad has brought in a pair of South American talents to shore up its lineup in preparation for the TI9 Qualifiers
Update: Beastcoast officially confirmed its new roster with an announcement on Jun 30.
The last time we saw North American squad Beastcoast with a full roster was over a month ago at the StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor Season 2 North America Qualifier, where the squad put together a 3rd place performance that game short of the mark for the squad to qualify for the Minor itself. Since then, the team’s other appearances have come with stand-ins and temporary members, but it appears that the squad had completed its lineup and is set for a run through the TI9 Qualifiers in July. The squad’s registered roster has been updated, with paiN Gaming member Leonardo “Mandy” Viana joining the North American squad alongside Joel Mori “MoOz” Ozambela, who transfers from the Gorillaz-Pride roster. As of right now, it does not appear that beastcoast has made any official announcement on their end regarding the team’s new players, but unless the squad’s registration information is updated at a later date, it appears that the team has its lineup set for a run against its regional rivals for the lone North American qualifier spot at TI9.
The updated registered roster of Beastcoast:
Leonardo “Mandy” Viana (Carry)
Eric “Ryoya” Dong (Mid)
Braxton “Brax” Paulson (Offlane)
Joel Mori “MoOz” Ozambela (Support)
Michael “ixmike88” Ghannam (Support, Captain)
Grant “guac2x” Zinn (Director/CEO)
