SabeRLight- parts ways with Hippomaniacs

The Czech Offlaner has left his old squad to pursue a new opportunity within the European region

All Czech squad Hippomaniacs managed to attract a bit of attention over the course of this past Pro Circuit season, as the squad made a number of appearances in Pro Circuit qualifiers, and even put together an impressive 3rd place performance in the TI9 Europe Qualifier. The squad came into this offseason looking poised for a potential step forward within its home region, but the team will now have to take that next step without one of its players, as Offlaner Jonáš “SabeRLight-” Volek has parted ways with the organization. According to an announcement from SabeRLight-, he has been approached by another group with an offer to join their team, which will ostensibly be revealed in the near future once said roster is finalized.

SabeRLight- has spent nearly the entirety of his career to this point as a member of Hippomaniacs, having joined the roster around 2 years ago in September of 2017. Though Hippomaniacs had certainly taken some impressive strides in their development during his tenure with the team, the Czech squad still found itself in the area of the Tier 2 and 3 squads within the European region. Hopefully, his addition to this as of yet unannounced squad will allow SabeRLight- to advance to that higher level of competition over the course of the 2019-2020 season.

The roster of Hippomaniacs following the departure of SabeRLight-:

Vojtěch “CURRY” Novák (Carry)
Ondřej “Supream^” Štarha (Mid)
Petr “Muf” Fojtík (Support)
Jan “Sehny” Sehnal (Support, Captain)
Hana “Skeli” Dichtlova (Manager)
