The newly formed Brazilian squad will look to carve out a place for itself in the South American region with a strong performance in the first Pro Circuit Qualifier of the 2019-2020 season
The South American region has received a new challenger today, as the formation of the all-Brazilian squad e-Lions was announced by former Chaos Esports Club manager Paulo “china” Fong. The squad’s roster is made up of 4 free agents along with a single transferring player, with said player being Leonardo “Mandy” Viana, who leaves the roster of beastcoast to take up the Midlaner role for e-Lions. The rest of the team’s lineup features Carry Therence “Therence” Coelho Ferreira, Offlaner Danylo “Kingrd” Nascimento, and Supports Kaue “Dunha1” Camuci and Caio “Nuages” Oliveira.
The South American region has certainly been shaken up to a significant degree this offsesaon, with many of the region’s biggest teams making changes to their rosters in preparation for the new season. While the roster of e-Lions is a new addition to that regional scene, its lineup boasts an impressive level of regional experience, and should stand as an intriguing squad coming into the first Pro Circuit Qualifier beginning October 5.
The roster of e-Lions:
Therence “Therence” Coelho Ferreira (Carry)
Leonardo “Mandy” Viana (Mid)
Danylo “Kingrd” Nascimento (Offlane)
Kaue “Dunha1” Camuci (Support)
Caio “Nuages” Oliveira (Support)
