RNG replace ah fu with Fenrir

Two days after adding dogf1ghts to the roster, Royal Never Give Up introduces another new Support player for the upcoming season

RNG appears to be making another change to its lineup in the lead up to the 2019-2020 season, as the Chinese organization announced the addition of Lu “Fenrir” Chao as the newest member of the team. In order to create space on the roster for Fenrir’s arrival, RNG has revealed that it is parting ways with Tue “ah fu” Soon Chuan. RNG’s announcement also confirmed the previously reported departure of Zhang “LaNm”  Zhicheng, as well as the addition of Gao “dogf1ghts” Tianpeng.

With this move, RNG has officially replaced the full Support duo that it took into TI9, with both LaNm and ah fu having now parted ways with the organization. However, the incoming duo of dogf1ghts and Fenrir boast a fair bit of experience, and the team’s solid core trio of Monet, Setsu, and Flyby remain intact heading into the new season. If the squad’s new lineup can pick up where the previous one left off, then RNG stands a strong chance at retaining a favorable position within the Chinese hierarchy and earning itself multiple opportunities to display its strength on the international level.

The roster of RNG following the addition of Fenrir:

Du “Monet” Peng (Carry)
Gao “Setsu” Zhenxiong (Mid)
Su “Flyby” Lei (Offlane)
Gao “dogf1ghts” Tianpeng (Support)
Lu “Fenrir” Chao (Support)
Xie “Super” Junhao (Coach)
Lu “stms” Hao (Manager)
